1. Acceptance of Terms
By using truve you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Not Financial Advice
truve is a personal finance tracking and goal-setting tool. Nothing in the app, including AI-generated responses, constitutes financial, investment, or tax advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial product. Consult a qualified financial advisor.
3. AI Coach Transparency
Coaching responses are generated by artificial intelligence powered by Anthropic's Claude. Responses may be inaccurate and are for informational purposes only.
4. Your Account
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for safeguarding your login. One account per person.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans bill monthly via Stripe after a 14-day free trial. Cancel anytime in the app and access continues to the end of the billing period. No partial refunds except where required by law.
6. Bank Connections
Account data is accessed read-only through trusted open banking providers (such as Stripe Financial Connections and Plaid). truve never stores your bank credentials and cannot move your money.
7. Acceptable Use
No unlawful use, no reverse engineering, no abuse of the AI coach, no attempts to access other users' data.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Siraj Ventures Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses or financial decisions made using the app.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
