truve is operated by Siraj Ventures Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Contact contact@usetruve.com.
2. What We Collect
Account info (name, email); financial data (read-only bank account and transaction data via our open banking providers); goal data you enter; usage data; AI coach interactions.
3. Why & Legal Basis
To provide the service (contract), improve the app (legitimate interests), send service communications (contract). We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Who We Share With
Open banking providers (e.g. Stripe Financial Connections, Plaid) to connect accounts; Anthropic to process AI coach queries (financial data is summarised and anonymised before being sent); Supabase for secure storage; Stripe for payments. We never sell your personal information.
5. Data Retention
Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
6. Your Rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability. Email contact@usetruve.com.
7. California Residents (CCPA)
Right to know, delete, and opt out of sale (we do not sell data).
8. Security
Industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Bank credentials are never stored by truve and are handled entirely by our open banking providers.
9. Cookies & Tracking
Minimal functional analytics only. No advertising cookies.
10. Children
Not directed at anyone under 18. Contact us to remove a minor's account.
11. Changes
Material changes notified via email or in-app notice.
