truve is operated by Siraj Ventures Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Contact contact@usetruve.com.
2. What We Collect
Account info (name, email); financial data (read-only bank account and transaction data via our open banking providers); goal data you enter; usage data; Iris interactions.
3. Why & Legal Basis
To provide the service (contract), improve the app (legitimate interests), send service communications (contract). We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Who We Share With
Stripe Financial Connections to connect accounts; Anthropic (Claude) to answer your Iris questions — when you use Iris, we send it your first name, your goals, and a summary of your recent spending, bills and balances so it can give specific answers; Supabase for secure storage; Stripe and RevenueCat for subscriptions and payments; PostHog (product analytics) and Sentry (crash reports) to improve the app. We never sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
5. Data Retention
Retained while your account is active. Deleted immediately upon account deletion.

7. California Residents (CCPA)
California residents have the right to know what we collect, to delete or correct it, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not treat you differently for using these rights. Email contact@usetruve.com.
8. Security
Industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Bank credentials are never stored by truve and are handled entirely by our open banking providers.
9. Cookies & Tracking
We use product analytics (PostHog) to see which screens and features are used, and crash reporting (Sentry) to find and fix errors. These record events such as screens viewed and errors; we do not record your screen or what you type. No advertising cookies or trackers.
10. Children
Not directed at anyone under 18. Contact us to remove a minor's account.
11. Changes
Material changes notified via email or in-app notice.
